Biography

In 2005, Leini Yu.G. completed her studies at the state educational institution of higher professional education "Moscow State Social University of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation", majoring in Psychology, with the qualification "Psychologist. Teacher of psychology".

In 2009, she graduated from the M. Tank BSPU Master's degree in Psychology, defended her master's thesis on the topic: "Motivational components of effective activity of the staff of the hospitality industry" with a Master's degree in Psychological Sciences.

In 2020, she graduated from the graduate school of the BSPU named after M. Tank in the specialty "Social Psychology" with the provision of a dissertation on the topic: "Socio-perceptual conditions of online consumption" and the assignment of the qualification "Researcher". There is an act on the implementation of research results.

Leini Yu.G. worked as a teacher of the Department of Social Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, BSPU named after M. Tank since 2006, then since 2015 from the beginning of the foundation of the department, worked at the Department of General and Organizational Psychology, Institute of Psychology of BSPU named after M. Tank.

During her time at BSPU, she proposed, developed and implemented a number of disciplines for the specialization "Psychology of Entrepreneurship".

He is the author of more than 30 scientific and educational works, including the author of six basic and working programs in the disciplines: Psychology of active sales, Image studies, HR consulting, Consumer Psychology, Management Psychology, Psychology of Advertising and PR. Appropriate educational and methodological support has been developed for all the disciplines taught: the content of lectures, practical, seminars and laboratory classes, tasks for organizing independent work, diagnostic materials for testing knowledge. Co-author of the educational and methodological manual "Psychology of entrepreneurship" 2011

Since 2023, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of General and Medical Psychology of the Belarusian State University.

Regularly improves qualifications:

• Gestalt consultant, Moscow Gestalt Institute; NLP coach;
• Sand therapy, RIPO;
• A series of seminars "Business Start", for the finalists of the 13th Republican Contest of Innovative projects of the State Scientific and Technical University;
• she has repeatedly passed advanced training courses at the Institute.
