In 1988 she graduated with honoursfrom the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Gorky.

1991 -1995 - Graduate School of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Belarus.

In 1995 she defended her Ph. D. thesis "The influence of age-relatedand professional factors on the pedagogical orientation of the teacher” in specialty 19.00.07 - pedagogicalpsychology.

In 2004 she was awarded the academic rank of associate professor.

She has 14 years of work experience in higher education.

Since 2012 she is an associate professor of the department of psychology of the FPSS BSU.
