Igraduated from the Belarusian State University of Culture and Art and did postgraduate studies at the Minsk State Linguistic University and the National Institute of Higher Education. I completed postgraduate and doctorate courses in History (Ethnology) at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

I have worked in teaching and research, especially in postgraduate training in Social Sciences and Humanities for more than 30 years. Ialso heldadministrative positions in the national system of education and culture for 8 years.
