Anatoliy V. Shychko Senior Lecturer Biography

Born in 1957 in Minsk, Belarus.

Education

1982 – graduated from the Novosibirsk General Military-Political Higher School (with honors).

Employment

2018 – presence, Senior lecturer, Department of Social Communication, Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Belarusian State University.

2014 – 2018, head of the “Dom Pressy” (Press House), Minsk, Belarus.

2003 – 2014, consultant of the General Information and Analytical Department; consultant of the Printed Media and External Relations Department of Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus.

2002 – 2003, teacher of history in a secondary school in Osipovichi, Belarus.

1991 –2002, serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus as a deputy commander of an artillery brigade for socially educational work.

1983 – 1985, participated in hostilities in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan.

1982 – 1991, served in the Soviet Army of USSR, officer at different positions of the political corps.

A.V. Shychko awarded the Order of the Red Star, 19 medals of various denominations, honorary badges "G.K. Zhukova”, “Honorous pressman of Belarus”.
